I'm impressed with the NextLevel seminars that CBAoW has been hosting. The information looks solid. These seminars have me wondering: Why do you think our seminaries spend so little time teaching practical leadership skills?
That question was discussed during our last workshop. Next Level is finding out that many pastors are being helped by their material and coaching.
Even if a pastor does not have the gift of leadership, they can still surround themselves with people who are gifted and called to lead.
